Chichester Copywriter was left awestruck this weekend after a trip to see the Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition in all its glory. Do you know the best thing of all? There was even a stunning image of Katy’s beloved tapir!
The exhibition of 118 winning and commended images, shot by professionals and amateurs alike, was a journey through animal environment, animal behaviour, the underwater world, plant life, nature in black and white, creative visions of nature and more. What really fascinated our favourite professional copywriter were the entries from those aged 10 years and younger. There is almost as much creative talent out there as there is natural beauty and it’s incredible to see the two brought together and celebrated in such a way.
Now in its 46th year, the Veolia Environment Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2010 exhibition does not hold back on wow-factor and certainly offers an abundance of creative writing inspiration. Take a peek at some of Katy’s favourite images below or see the entire exhibition for yourself until 11th March 2011 at London’s Natural History Museum.
